This power squat machine is truly outstanding. First of all, the ability to adjust the start position based on your height is a huge advantage. Shorter users can set the start position lower, while taller users can raise it to suit their body size. This makes the setup comfortable and efficient for a wide range of users. In addition, the squat depth can be adjusted by changing the rack position. Personally, I like to squat all the way down to the bottom, but for those who prefer a shallower range of motion, the rack can be set to prevent going any lower. This allows you to control depth safely according to your goals or physical condition. The biggest feature of this machine, however, is its variable resistance. Depending on where you load the weight plates, the resistance profile changes. For example, placing the weight closer to the end increases the load at the bottom position. This means you can freely adjust where the exercise feels heaviest, tailoring the resistance to your specific training objective. It’s a power squat machine that allows you to squat safely while still applying serious, targeted load. Truly an excellent piece of equipment.
