So we have the lateral raises machine. So this one targets your side delts and it has a pad on our elbow and chest support pad so you're locked in. The tension stays on you. Handle moves freely so you can use however you want.
And it's easy to adjust your weight so from female to male everybody's welcome to use it. Great for your shoulder. Must give it a try.
