Weights

The system comes with 80kg x 2 and 100kg x 1 weights, providing a versatile range that accommodates users from beginners to advanced. Easily adjust the weight by swapping the included pin for a seamless, customizable workout experience.

Pulley

With height adjustment holes spaced every 7cm, you can fine-tune settings to suit your individual needs and ensure precise training positions. The uniquely designed hook allows for effortless one-handed adjustments, making attachment and detachment smooth and hassle-free.

T-Bar Row Holder

The T-Bar Row Holder securely stabilizes the Olympic bar, ensuring a smooth and stable trajectory during exercises. It allows for both dual-hand T-Bar rows and single-arm presses, offering versatility for a variety of effective strength training movements.

Spring

By reducing the spring stroke by half compared to conventional models while retaining the same shock absorption capacity, this design enhances the range of motion of the Smith bar. This allows for a greater variety of exercises and a more fluid training experience.

J-Hook

Easily detachable with a simple pull of the lever, the J-Hook combines convenience with strength. Despite its compact design, it boasts a load capacity of 350kg, ensuring safe and reliable training for all users.
